The Fan Diego showroom in San Diego is the most established ceiling fan and premium lighting showroom in the county. 44 years at the same location — 8020 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. We display fans from over 30 brands — including Visual Comfort, Big Ass Fans, Minka Aire, Fanimation, Modern Forms, and Hunter — all running so you can see, hear, and compare before buying. Bilingual Spanish/English staff every day. Serving all of San Diego County, including North County — from Chula Vista and La Jolla through Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and Escondido. We're open seven days a week from June through September; Monday through Saturday the rest of the year.

Why it's worth visiting before buying online
Buying a fan online works — but some decisions change when you see the product in person:
- Correct sizing — a 52-inch fan looks different on an 8-foot ceiling vs. a 12-foot ceiling. In the showroom you visualize it correctly.
- Noise level — budget and premium models sound very different. You have to hear them to appreciate it.
- Finishes and materials — online photos don't show the difference between real wood, MDF, and plastic. In person it's obvious.
- Airflow feel — some fans move a lot of air but are noisy. Others are quiet but barely move air. The right combination is something you test.
- Match with your home's style — see the model alongside similar ones, in different colors and finishes, to decide with full context.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. You can drop in during regular hours. If you want dedicated time with a specialist for a large project, calling ahead is recommended to ensure availability.
When are you open on Sundays?
We open Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the high season only — June through September — when we welcome many desert visitors escaping the heat. The rest of the year we are closed on Sundays. Monday through Saturday we are open year-round, and WhatsApp and phone are answered every day, all year.
Do you speak Spanish every day?
Yes. We have bilingual staff (Spanish/English) at the showroom every day, all day.
Can I take the fan home the same day?
Sometimes — depends on the model. Popular models are in stock for same-day pickup. Premium or custom models are ordered — they arrive in days or weeks.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking in front of the showroom.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and financing options for larger purchases.
Can you help me choose a fan for my specific home?
Yes. Bring photos of the space, ceiling measurements, and descriptions of your home's style. We'll help you choose the right size, color, and model.
Do you repair fans at the showroom?
Yes. If your fan is portable or you can bring it in, we'll diagnose it here. For fans difficult to take down, we can send a technician to your home.
