Our featured brands: Visual Comfort, Big Ass Fans, Minka Aire, Fanimation, Modern Forms, and Hunter. Every fan ships with full manufacturer warranty; we handle covered claims directly with the brand. We’ve operated two showrooms since 1982 — San Diego (serving San Diego County) and Rancho Mirage (serving the Coachella Valley) — with bilingual Spanish/English staff every day. Our electrical arm, Specialty Electric, holds California C-10 contractor license #1113915.

We stock parts for the major brands — capacitors, motors, remote controls, blades, light kits. If we don’t have the part, we know who to order it from. And if a repair isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you honestly and help you pick a replacement.

The warranty probably won’t apply. Most premium brands only back the warranty when the product is bought from an authorized dealer. Amazon is a gray-market channel for several of these brands — the product may be genuine, but the warranty and after-sale support are not.
Yes. We repair premium-brand fans, including ones you didn’t buy from us. We stock parts for the major brands and can order specific parts for other premium brands.
Hunter and Minka Aire are the best-selling residential brands. Visual Comfort leads in designer projects. Big Ass Fans dominates palapas and large spaces. Modern Forms wins in smart homes.
We work mainly with U.S. and international brands specified on projects in the United States and Mexico. The premium fan brands specified on residential and hospitality projects in Mexico — Hunter, Visual Comfort, Big Ass Fans, Minka Aire, Fanimation — we carry them all as an authorized dealer on the U.S. side.
It depends. For premium brands we don’t have a direct relationship with, we can order through an authorized master distributor — but the warranty goes through that distributor, not us. We’ll explain it honestly case by case.
