Why it's worth visiting before buying online
Buying a fan online works — but some decisions change when you see the product in person:
- Correct sizing — a 52-inch fan looks different on an 8-foot ceiling vs. a 14-foot ceiling. In the showroom you visualize it correctly, especially for the vaulted ceilings common in desert homes.
- Noise level — budget and premium models sound very different. In a vacation home where quiet matters, you have to hear them to appreciate the difference.
- Finishes and materials — online photos don't show the difference between real wood, MDF, and plastic. In desert sun, materials show their quality over time.
- Desert climate resistance — some fans fail faster under constant use in dry heat. We tell you which hold up and which don't.
- Palapa and outdoor compatibility — UL Damp rating for covered areas, UL Wet for exposed. We show you the difference in person.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. You can drop in during regular hours. If you want dedicated time with a specialist for a large project, calling ahead is recommended to ensure availability.
When are you open on weekends?
Sundays are closed year-round. Saturdays we're open September through May (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM); in June, July, and August — the desert's off-season — we close Saturdays too. Monday through Friday we're open year-round. WhatsApp and phone are answered every day during business hours, year-round.
Do you speak Spanish every day?
Yes. We have bilingual staff (Spanish/English) at the showroom every day we're open.
Can I take the fan home the same day?
Sometimes — depends on the model. Popular models are in stock for same-day pickup. Premium or custom models are ordered — they arrive in days or weeks.
Do you serve desert hospitality projects?
Yes. We work with designers, architects, and buyers for hotels, resorts, and country clubs throughout the Coachella Valley. For large projects, we recommend calling ahead to coordinate dedicated consultation time.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking in front of the showroom.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and financing options for larger purchases.
Do you repair fans at the showroom?
Yes. If your fan is portable or you can bring it in, we'll diagnose it here. For fans difficult to take down — especially on the vaulted ceilings common in desert homes — we can send a technician to your home.
